PT Tata Bara Utama (“TBU”) is a company operating in the mining services sector which is committed to implementing a quality management system that can help the company improve its overall performance and provide a strong foundation for sustainable development and development initiatives within the company organization.
As a form of implementing this commitment, TBU Management will always:

- Involve every interested party, both internal and external to the company, in every quality management system process with an approach to conformity to the ISO 9001 standard as a form of the company’s commitment to achieving high quality.
- Make efforts to improve quality and continuous improvement processes that are integrated into every aspect of the company’s operational activities.
Following the company’s development, the quality management system policy will always be reviewed by considering suitability for objectives, fulfillment of customer satisfaction and the suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system in meeting customer and company needs.
