Risk Management Policy
PT Tata Bara Utama (“TBU”) continues to develop risk management awareness and culture and is committed to managing risk proactively, effectively and integrated in every aspect of the company’s business so as to ensure the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives and increase the trust of each stakeholder as reflected in increasing company values.
Risk identification and management is the responsibility of everyone who is part of the TBU organization in every process of planning, decision making, implementation and monitoring of every work process.
Risk management is carried out in every aspect of the company’s business to support company objectives with a structured and comprehensive approach that refers to ISO 31000 risk management principles so as to contribute to consistent results.
TBU management has primary accountability to stakeholders in implementing the framework and also in implementing company risk management.
This policy is communicated to all employees at every work unit level so that they can implement and comply with the risk management guidelines and framework.
Following company developments, this risk management policy will always be reviewed taking into account organizational developments, company business, changes in technology and applicable laws and regulations.
